Управление общением с компаниями WhatsApp Business API

При общении с компаниями в WhatsApp выбор всегда остаётся за пользователем - следует ли предоставить свой номер той или иной компании. Также пользователь всегда может заблокировать любой бизнес-аккаунт. WhatsApp не делится номерами пользователей с компаниями. Кроме того, правила запрещают компаниям связываться с потенциальным клиентом в WhatsApp без его предварительного согласия.


Блокировка компании или отправка жалобы

Когда компания впервые отправляет сообщение, пользователь может заблокировать компанию или пожаловаться на неё, если больше не хочет получать от неё сообщения. Также можно в любой момент заблокировать компанию или пожаловаться на неё в процессе переписки в её профиле.
И можно поделиться причиной блокировки бизнес-аккаунта, например, не хотите продолжать взаимодействие с этой компанией или не подписывались на получение сообщений от неё. WhatsApp также может использовать информацию о блокировках и жалобах, чтобы регулировать активность бизнес-аккаунтов, например, ограничивать количество отправляемых компанией сообщений.

А также есть возможность оставить отзыв об отдельных чатах с компаниями.
1. Откройте WhatsApp.
2. Затем откройте чат с компанией.
3. Нажмите и удерживайте сообщение, которое хотите просмотреть.
4. Нажмите Оценить.
5. Чтобы оценить сообщение, выберите количество звёзд.
6. Нажмите Отправить.


WhatsApp также может использовать эти отзывы, чтобы помочь компаниям улучшить своё взаимодействие в чатах с клиентами. Этот отзыв является анонимным: ни компания, ни WhatsApp не могут видеть, кто его предоставил. WhatsApp не видит содержание сообщений, отправляемых пользователем компаниям.
